Gently mix then whisk for one minute until you have a smooth and creamy texture (taking care not to over-mix). Make your own Chocolate sponge cake
You will need:
3 Medium Eggs
100ml Vegetable Oil
2 Greased & Lined 8" (20.5cm) round sandwich cake tins
160ml Semi-skimmed Milk
Electric Hand Whisk
Icing/filling (optional)

Ready in 3 easy steps:
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C Fan) Gas Mark 4.
2 In a jug, blend the eggs, milk & oil. Place the Cadbury Chocolate sponge mix into a bowl, pour in the egg, milk and oil and gently mix then whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy, Do Not Over Mix.
3 Pour cake mix evenly between the two prepared sandwich tins and level with a spoon, bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Sandwich together, fill and top with your favourite chocolate icing or cream and enjoy.
