Just Add
- 200g prawns
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- A handful of beansprouts
- 1 egg
Heat
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, drain, and set aside.
Sizzle
Heat oil in a wok until hot. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes and then push the prawns to one side. Add the egg to the pan, quickly stirring to scramble. Once the egg is cooked, mix with the prawns.
Stir
Add the noodles and paste, then stir fry for 2 minutes until the noodles are hot, then add the spring onions, bean sprouts and stir together. Top with peanuts and enjoy!
