Bulgogi beef can be served with rice or vegetable rolls.
Preparation: Bulgogi marinade - spicy (80 g), beef (300 g), carrot (30 g), bell pepper (30 g), leek (20 g).
1 Marinate beef with bulgogi marinade for 30 minutes.
2 Grill meat in oven at 170-190 °C for 10-20 minutes, or stir-fry on high heat until the meat is cooked.
3 Add carrots, bell peppers and leeks to make the dish more appetizing.
For stir-fry, thinly sliced beef is recommended. Besides beef, bulgogi marinade can be used to marinate other meats.
