All you need is:
1 medium size egg + 120ml water + 40 ml vegetable oil

Prep. Time: 10 mins
Baking time 22-25 mins
Baking: 1 regular size cupcake/muffin tin

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/Gas Mark 4. Line a regular cupcake/muffin tin with the provided 6 cupcake cases.

3 simple steps!
1. Mix cupcake mix, oil, water and egg gently together and whisk (by hand or electric mixer) for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy (do not eat unbaked batter). Pour the mixture evenly into the cupcake cases.
2. Bake in the centre of the oven for 22-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin. Gently remove cupcakes from tin, place on wire rack and let to cool completely.
3. Swirl vanilla icing on top of each cooled cupcake.
