Oven cook - From Ambient. As all appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Refer to specific appliance manufacturers' guidelines. Pre heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging and place bridie on a pre heated baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15 minutes ensuring that the bridie is piping hot. For fan assisted ovens, reduce cooking time and temperature according to appliance manufacturers' guidelines. Do not re-heat.
