Our silverskin onions are superbly versatile, while bringing you their inimitably sharp, sweet and tangy taste.
Each pickled onion is picked at the peak of the season before being preserved in sweetened vinegar with dashes of ginger and cinnamon.
You can use our silverskin onions in vinegar to add extra depth to a stew or casserole. Or serve them with cold cuts, a cheeseboard or a salad.
We know our sweet silverskin onions are irresistible, so we won’t object if you enjoy them as a snack straight from the jar!

Our onions now grace tables across the world – quite a journey from 1868, when George and Margaret Baxter began selling jams and jellies made from local fruit at their little shop in Scotland.
