Air Fry - From Frozen. Remove a portion (1/4 of pack) from the bag. Air fry on high heat for 5 1/2 minutes until cooked through and piping hot.; Cooking Instructions - General. This product is ready cooked but you will need to heat from frozen. Times may vary according to appliances used.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove a portion (1/4 of pack) from the bag. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 2-3 minutes. (Based on a 800 watt microwave.); Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Remove a portion (1/4 of pack) from the bag and place on a baking tray. Heat for approx. 10 minutes until piping hot.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Remove a portion (1/4 of pack) from the bag. Place in a hot frying pan and heat, keep turning the meat until it is piping hot.
