Oven cook - From Ambient. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20-30 mins
1 Place the Dumpling mix into a bowl and add the water, gently mixing into a slightly sticky dough, using more water if required.
2 With floured hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
3 Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 mins, or follow suggested guidance if using your own recipe.
