Our Rumali Roti is a North Indian restaurant and dhaba favourite, an ultra-thin, hand-stretched flatbread cooked on an inverted griddle. Light, soft and foldable like a "rumal" (handkerchief), it's perfect with a side of kebabs and our Delhi Dal Makhani.
