The unique climate this provides is what makes our wines truly special. The river outline can be seen on the packaging, highlighting how integral it is in helping make the Andrew Peace wines what they are.

1981 - A new vineyard is born. Pam and Jim, Andrew's parents bought the vineyard. 1989 - Help arrives. Andrew and Cathryn (& family) moved in and started helping out. 1995 - First vintage. Andrew started the winery and had his first vintage. 1999 - First export. Creation of the Andrew Peace brand and first export.
2014 - Unexpected. The Unexpected (our first sulphur free wine) was created. 2019 and beyond Andrew Peace wines enter the UK and the brand grows.

The wines originate from Australia's Murray River the third longest navigable river in the world. Commonly referred to as the ‘Food Bowl of Australia', it is Andrew Peace Wines' main source of water and nutrients. Soils - Nutritious sandy and clay earth provide Andrew Peace Wines with a soil type typical of Champagne and Burgundy, and ideal for both red and white wines.
