As well as being selective about our ingredients, we are always trying hard to make the way we produce our foods even more sustainable too. Our almonds come exclusively from farms around the Mediterranean and all our soya is rainforest (and GMO) free. Most is grown right here in Europe (in France, Belgium and The Netherlands), the rest comes from Canada. We've got the targets, we've got the tenacity, we'll get there! Shake well & refrigerate before use. Steam to maximum 60°C. Do not re-steam.

For Home Coffee Lovers
1. Keep me cool I work best chilled.
2. Pop me in your milk frother or a pan to heat.
3. Keep me below 60°C max.
4. If using a pan, foam up with a hand mixer until I double in size, then tap the pan to pop the air bubbles.
5. Your fabulous foam is ready. Time to show off your latte art skills!
