50ml Absolut Vanilia
20ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Passion Fruit
Prosecco

How to mix: Shake Absolut Vanilia, sugar syrup, the pulp of 1/2 a passionfruit, pineapple juice, and ice. Strain and garnish with half a passionfruit and a shot of Prosecco on the side.
