Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging.
Place on a lined baking tray and loosely cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 20 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
