Korma Curry
Shopping list (serves 2):
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 250-300g Diced chicken/seafood/vegetables
- 100ml Single cream
- 20g Ground almonds (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
- Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
- Add choice of chicken/seafood/vegetables and cook until sealed.
- Stir in paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 100ml water, cream & almonds and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Ensure everything is thoroughly cooked before consuming.
Not suitable for microwave use.
