Once the grapes arrived at the winery, they were destemmed and crushed. A pre-fermentative maceration took place for two days. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at a temperature between 26 and 28°C. Finally, the aging period lasted 8 to 10 months, during which 100% of the wine remainded in contact with French oak.
