Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min
Preheat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil, baste the meat with the cooking juices and return to the oven for the further 10 minutes. Remove from oven, drain the cooking juices and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing against the grain. Pour the contents of the sachet over the sliced meat spreading evenly and serve.
