Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places.
Place on a microwavable plate. Cook for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Remove film lid and stir.
Return to the microwave for a further 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove film lid and return to the oven to cook for a further 25 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
