All you need is:
For the Cake:
2 Eggs + 1/4 cup (50g) Vegetable Oil + 1/3 cup (75g) Water

For the Crumble:
2 teaspoons (10g) Butter Melted

For the Cinnamon Swirl:
2 teaspoons (10g) Butter Melted + 2 teaspoons (10g) Water

Prep time: 15 mins
Baking time: 30-33 mins
Baking: One 20cm cake tin

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/ Gas Mark 4. Grease a 20cm round cake pan and preferably line base with baking parchment paper.
6 simple steps!
1. Prepare the crumble: Mix 1/4 cup (30g) cake mix, 3 tablespoons (40g) cinnamon mix, and 10g melted butter in a bowl until it forms a thick paste (like wet sand). Use your hands if needed. Set aside. Do not eat raw crumble.
2. Prepare the cinnamon swirl: In another bowl, combine the remaining cinnamon mix, 10g melted butter, and 10g water to form a soft paste. Set aside. Do not eat raw paste.
3. Prepare the cake batter: In a large bowl, mix the remaining cake mix, 2 eggs, 50g vegetable oil, and 75g water. Use an electric mixer on low speed until combined, then on medium for 2 minutes. Take 2-3 tablespoons of batter and mix it with the cinnamon swirl paste. Pour the rest of the batter into a pan. Do not eat raw batter.
4. Create the swirl: Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon swirl mixture onto the batter and swirl it through lightly with a knife.
5. Add the crumble and bake: Sprinkle the crumble mix evenly over the cake. Bake in the oven for 30-33 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
6. Decorate: Cut a corner off the icing pouch and drizzle over the cake. You can also, drizzle icing over cake whilst still hot, to create glaze effect if desired.
