Instructions: 3 mins to your healthy overnight oats!
1. Pour into a bowl.
2. Add 125ml of kefir or your milk of choice & stir.
3. Leave to stand for 3 minutes. Stir & enjoy!
Overnight it.

3. Cover and leave to stand in the fridge overnight. When you're ready to enjoy, eat the oats plain or topped with any plant-packed extras - bananas, nut butter, and granola are all great additions!
