For a twist on the old fashioned, try Jura 12 as a Craighouse Rock:
Pour 25ml Jura 12, 10ml Oloroso sherry, 5ml crème de poire, and 5ml of sugar syrup into a mixer
Stir well over ice to combine and strain into an old fashioned glass with a block of ice
Garnish with a twist of lemon
