- 250g Protein, such as: chicken, tofu, or cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 1 Pepper
- 250g Cooked rice
Get cooking!
1 Cut chicken into 1cm strips and slice white onion and pepper into 1/2cm strips.
2 Stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes, then add sliced onion and pepper, fry for a further 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
3 Add the sauce and stir fry for a further 1 minute or until the sauce is heated through, then serve immediately with rice.
