- 2 Chicken thighs
- 150g Dried pasta
- 150ml Single cream
- 200g Cherry tomatoes
- 30g Baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp oil

Follow the 5 easy steps
1 Cook the pasta according to the back of pack instructions.
2 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
3 Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken and tomatoes for 5 minutes, add the dry seasoning and cook for a further 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
4 Drain the cooked pasta. Add the pasta, seasoning paste, and spinach to the chicken. Stir until the paste is evenly combined.
5 Stir through the cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
