Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 500g diced chicken breast and pan fry for 3 mins until lightly browned. Empty the contents of the jar and stir. Simmer gently over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice.
