Cooking Instructions - General. The following instructions are a guideline only.
Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and cook from chilled.
Remove all packaging, baste the burgers with a little olive oil or butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.; Grill - From Frozen. For best results grill on a moderate heat for approximately 6 minutes each side.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Fry the burgers approximately 6 minutes per side in a medium to hot frying pan. Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving.
