Stir well and ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800W): Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and re-cover.
Cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking, leave tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. (200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Remove all outer packaging. Place nuggets and vegetables on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
Turn the chicken pieces and cook for a further 5 minutes.
