200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Keep sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the pouch onto a foil covered oven tray and then place the pork ribs with the meaty side facing up and bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove ribs from the oven and carefully turn them over and baste with the cooking juices and cook for another 10 minutes on their backs. Turn the ribs back over onto their meaty side and discard the cooking juices from the tray, taking extra care when discarding the juices. Snip off the corner of the sauce sachet and pour over the sauce ensuring you spread it evenly over the ribs and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
