Prawn Pad Thai (Serves 2)
2 Nests of Blue Dragon pad thai noodles cooked according to instructions
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
200g Prawns, shelled, deveined
2-3 Spring onions, sliced
A handful of beansprouts
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Sachet Blue Dragon pad thai sauce

To cook your noodles:
Bring a pan of water to the boil then remove from the heat, alternatively boil some water using a kettle then pour into a pan.
Drop the noodle nests into the boiled water and cook for 7 minutes, stir frequently to separate noodles. Drain and serve immediately or add to stir fry.
