Morrisons Green Thai style curry sauce is a medium-heat sauce that will help you make a tasty Thai-style meal, packed with flavour. It's great value, too.
We add green pepper, ginger puree, green chillies and garlic puree to achieve a full and rounded flavour. We also add lemongrass for a slight tang.

Serves 2. Lightly fry 280g diced chicken breast in 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the contents of the jar to the pan and simmer gently over a low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve immediately.
