Eat like the Italians!
Lentil Bolognese
Heat 2 tablespoons of Napolina Olive Oil in a large frying pan. Chop 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots and 2 celery sticks and add to the pan. Cook gently for 5 - 10 minutes until the vegetables have softened. Drain 2 cans of Napolina Lentils and stir in. Add 2 cans of Napolina Chopped Tomatoes and 4 tablespoons of Napolina Double Concentrate Tomato Puree to the pan. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Add to your favourite Napolina pasta.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
