Pierce film lid several times. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Cover container with tin foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 25 minutes. Stir and serve.
