Use one tea bag per person. Pop it straight into a mug or use a warmed teapot if you've got time. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to brew for at least three minutes, or until it's as strong as you like it. If you take milk and sugar, add them after you've poured the tea to get the colour and taste just right.
