Ingredients

  • 350 g of frankfurters
  • 8 white finger rolls
  • 1 squeeze of tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the frankfurters onto a clean board and, using a sharp knife, cut down the length of each frankfurter about 6 times to give long thin strips.
  2. Step 2

    Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the frankfurter strips, bring back to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Step 3

    Cut slits in the top of each finger roll and open out a little. Divide equal amounts of the frankfurter worms between the rolls then squeeze a little ketchup on top. Serve warm.
