Turkey Posh Dogs
Posh dogs, great as a snack or light lunch but you could also cut the brioche fingers into four once filled and use them as a party snack or canapé.

Ingredients
- 454g turkey sausages
- 8 brioche rolls
- 1 onion
- 1 red onion
- 10ml balsamic vinegar
- 10g sugar
- 1 squeeze ketchup
- 1 squeeze american yellow mustard

Instructions
- While the sausages are cooking, gently melt the butter in a pan over a low heat and add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir to coat and let soften for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- When the onions have become soft and slightly translucent add the sugar and balsamic vinegar and stir through, remove from heat and keep warm.
- Slice open the tops of the brioche fingers and place in some of the onion mix into each one, then place in a cooked sausage in each and then top with a drizzle of mustard and ketchup
