This fresh summer recipe is great for picnics, the creaminess of the crème fraiche and salmon are nicely contrasted by the sharp fresh radish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of steamed salmon flakes
  • 8 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, zest only
  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 handful of watercress
  • 6 radishes
  • 150 ml of crème fraiche

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add the lemon zest and dill to the crème fraiche and stir to combine
  2. Step 2

    Spread the crème fraiche over the griddled ciabatta slices
  3. Step 3

    Divide the salmon flakes between the slices and garnish with watercress and radish
