Philadelphia Thin Crust Pizzas
Go for a twist on a classic with these tortilla-base pizzas that swap the usual cheese for lovely creamy Philadelphia Garlic and Herb
- 2 medium flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 slice parma ham
- 100g garlic and herb philadelphia
- ¼ red onion
- ½ red chlli
- 2 handfuls rocket leaves

- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Spread the tortillas with the tomato puree, leaving a 2cm gap around the edges. Sprinkle over the oregano, then tear over the Parma ham and scatter over the sliced onion and chilli.
- Cook in the oven for 10-12 mins, until crisp and golden, then slice. Spoon the Philly on in dollops – 1 for each slice, and serve with the rocket on the side.
