Ingredients
- 200g Peanut Butter
- 175g Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, salt and sugar.
- Beat the egg and then add it to the peanut butter mix.
- Line 2 trays with baking paper and divide the mix evenly into 18 small balls.
- Roll them in your hands then put them on the tray leaving gaps between them, then press them down well.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy.
