Chilli Crab Cups
This spicy crab dish makes for a great starter to impress your guests over the festive period, and leaves plenty of room for the main event.
- 340g white crab meat, drained
- 4 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 140g rocket leaves
- 2 avocados, peeled, stoned and sliced

- Preparation time:
- Mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce in a large bowl.
- Divide the rocket and avocado between 8 individual glasses (reserving 8 slices of avocado to decorate) and top with the crab mixture.
- Use a slice of avocado and a couple of rocket leaves to decorate the top of each one.
