This spicy crab dish makes for a great starter to impress your guests over the festive period, and leaves plenty of room for the main event.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp of light mayonnaise
- 2 avocados, peeled, stoned and sliced
- 140 g of rocket leaves
- 340 g of white crab meat, drained
Method
Step 1
Mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce in a large bowl.Step 2
Divide the rocket and avocado between 8 individual glasses (reserving 8 slices of avocado to decorate) and top with the crab mixture.Step 3
Use a slice of avocado and a couple of rocket leaves to decorate the top of each one.
