Ingredients
- 1 handful of raspberries & blackberries, (garnish)
- 10 ml of brown sugar syrup, (2:1 ratio of brown sugar to water)
- 1 orange slice
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- 50 ml of bombay bramble
- 125 ml of red wine
Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients (excluding garnish) to a pan and warm slowly on a hob allowing the flavour to infuse.Step 2
When serving, ensure the temperature is above 50°C and decant in glasses before garnishing.
