Cooked as per instructions, crust was rock hard.
Mix of the contents is weird, seemed to be more mushrooms than anything else, the mixture of contents tasted weird and did not go together- not an enjoyable meal.
This tastes much less like apple juice than other versions Ive tried. Not quite like Prosecco but as close as Ive tried. Shame its so expensive and doesnt come in a bottle.
I use to love this sauce, it was thick, creamy and you could taste the mascarpone.
The recipe must have changed at some point as it is now very watery and tastes like the sauce you get in a cheap tin of ravioli.
