Vinification Details
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to preserve the freshness of the grapes, it is then kept on lees until bottling to beautifully round out the flavours. The de-alcoholised wine is then semi aeriated to create a light spritz.

Less sweet than other low alcohol versions

This tastes much less like apple juice than other versions Ive tried. Not quite like Prosecco but as close as Ive tried. Shame its so expensive and doesnt come in a bottle.
