Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Our Salmon Fillet Dinner is best microwaved straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid. Place tray onto a microwaveable plate
Cook on full power
800W - cook for 9 mins
900W - cook for 8 1/2 mins stand for 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 6 45 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid
Place tray onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 mins (40 mins fan) whilst serving, take care as tray will be hot.
