What\x27s happened?

Been a fan of Warburtons crumpets for years, however, past few months they have been indigestable they are tasteless and of a rubber constituency what's changed in the recipe or baking of them. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible! Tasteless chunks of rubber-like stuff. Very disappointing, especially for Warburtons.
