really enjoyed these
I soaked these noodles and then fried them in the pan with some soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and chilli sauce, we had them with Katsu chicken, it was very nice, noodles have a good consistency.

too much chemical
More taste of preserves than Udon noodles. Worst of all brands I have tried.
