For our recipe you will need...
1 onion, diced
450g (1lb) extra lean beef mince
2 sticks celery, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
300ml (1/2 pint) cold water

Directions...
1. Brown the onion, mince, celery and carrots for 5 minutes, until golden brown and softened. Drain the excess liquid.
2. Mix the sachet contents with the water and stir into the pan.
3. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rich and thick.

For a little inspiration...
Delicious topped with puff pastry for a warming minced beef pie. Brush with milk or egg for a golden brown topping. Perfect served with steamed green vegetables.
