A big appetite calls for a Big Soba! Enjoy the balance of sweet and savoury teriyaki in just three minutes, with Nissin Soba Instant Teriyaki Wok Style Noodles. Our caramelised soy sauce is full of authentic flavours, including juicy shiitake mushroom and spring onion. To prepare your soba instant noodles, remove the cap, lid and sachet and fill the cup with boiling water up to the inner line. Replace the cap and let it stand for three minutes. Carefully drain the water through the draining cap and out of the pot. Loving the bigger servings

The bigger servings offer a better experience at snack and meal times. Easy to make and offers great spicy flavours.

hits the spot

This big serving is great for a quick hot snack or light meal. Easy to prep and great to take on trips. I take hot water in an insulated bottle and then use that to prepare the noodles when we are out and about. Very filling and tasty.

Great tasting pot noodles

Very simple to make, no need for a hob, just use boiling water, leave for a few minutes, drain, add sachet and stir. Really like the design of the pot as you drain using the holes on the top, this gives the noodles a great texture and does not become watery like most other pot noodles. The teriyaki flavour is quite subtle with the salty, garlic and ginger coming through, would have liked a little more sauce in the sachet to make it more powerful. Goes really well with some fried chicken and vegetables for a quick stir fry

A really great tasting and simple to cook noodles. Really loved the teriyaki sauce with them.
