Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains.
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat the pan on a high heat, once hot, reduce to a medium heat and carefully place the mince in the pan for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.
Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Burgers
Makes amazing Turkey burgers just squish in some bread crumbs, herbs and a tablespoon of olive oil. Healthy, no additives and cheap

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TASTE?
Couldn't detect even a hint of 'Taste of Turkey'. If it was Turkey perhaps they have evolved into 'tasteless birds' in an effort of species survival, after all it has been a few years since the last good review for this product!

Good quality mince
Used this a few times to make burgers and meatballs, good flavour, decent sized pack and a good price.

Tasty and healthy
I've switched to this for all my mince based meals - bolognaise, chilli etc much healthier choice and just as tasty
