Product information
Each coffee requires different roasting conditions in order to get the best flavour from the bean. That's why we roast every blend to exact times and temperatures to ensure that your coffee is fuller, rounder and more aromatic. Our ground coffee is designed for use in a wide range of coffee machines, filters and cafetières.
The Best Colombian Coffee is grown on small farms on the Andean slopes in the heart of Colombia's coffee triangle and medium roasted for a delicate flavour.

Cheap over roasted coffee
If this is "The Best" I dread to think what the normal Morrisons coffee is like. Described as a Medium Roast - this is a cheap bean heavy roasted to give it flavour. But if you like Starbucks coffee you might well love it. For me, the whole point of home coffee is so that I don't have to drink over roasted rubbish like this.
Really is the best
Bought this as local Morrrisons out of Lavazza brand and other named brands too expensive (all have gone up a lot in price). Took a gamble on this one, and glad I did. By far one of the best ground coffees I've ever bought. Will be stocking up on this.
Burnt taste
This is the worst coffee I've ever bought. It is incredibly bland, except for a burnt taste. I've thrown it away as it's that unpalatable.
Gone back to this and sticking with it
We were drinking this for a while then went to the molton magma which is also very nice but much cheaper, after trying a bag of this again the flavour difference is noticable enough for us to stick with it. now made in a filter machine which makes all coffee taste better than when we previously used a caffetiere.
Good coffee
We use a cafetiere and enjoy this coffee - and what's more, it's Fair Trad, which is important.
tasty budget coffee!
I have spent £ hundreds over the years on various coffee. With various machines. I am currently using a stoke top Italian coffee espresso machine and I LOVE this coffee, my usual ground coffee tastes £12 but Ill be buying this instead now. I seal the pack and put it in a Tupperware box and keep in the freezer - this keeps that horrible taste from coming with fresh coffee. Really impressed. Cant comment if it will work well in espresso machine but assume it will be lovely in French press too.
