Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.; Grill - From Chilled. Pre-heat grill to medium/hot. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and under grill for 12-14 minutes. Turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5.
