Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If the product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and heat as chilled. Can be eaten hot or cold. If reheated eat immediately. Do not reheat more than once.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pierce film lid in several places and place the container onto a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Peel back film lid and turn the chicken over and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), (Cat D/750W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 20-25 min
Pre-heat oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
