Cooking Guidelines
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooled.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 20-22 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place frozen straight cut chips in a single layer on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time.

Worst Frozen Chips
I do not normally shop at Morrisons and got these as a last minute emergency buy. They are the worst frozen chips I have ever tried. Do not cook properly or evenly no matter how long you cook and keep turning. And the taste is unappetising, which is surprising as you would think how can a chip not taste like a chip. Well these do not. Save yourself and get another brand.
Attempted to cook, but most were underdone
Cooked as per instructions in the oven - mostly undercooked. Cooked for longer - still undercooked if not charred. Also attempted in the air fryer and much the same. Not very nice and will not repurchase.
Tasty if you double the cooking time
We like these but if like your chips to be a bit crispy then you you need to double the cooking time. I do gas 7 near top of the oven and flip them half way through. At 20 mins they are pale soggy and look awful, at 40 mins they are golden brown and crispy.
Change of recipe?
The latest pack was obviously different with paler, chunkier chips that cooked without burning at the edges and were nicely crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Hope future bags will be as good!

They do not cook. Instructions say 16-20 minutes in the oven. Even after 30 they were still pale and soggy.
